Envato has no write API, so nobody automates this. Our extension acts inside your own logged-in browser — which turns an evening of tab-switching into one pass over the whole portfolio.
Tag compliance

Edits run in your browser
Envato has no write API. The extension acts inside your own logged-in session — we never ask for, or hold, your Envato password.
Tokens encrypted at rest
OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted before they ever reach the database.
Nothing disappears
Sync never deletes a track. An item missing from a listing is flagged for you to look at, never dropped.
Files are never stored
The Preparator builds every archive on the fly and forgets it. Your masters don't live on our disks.

Questions we get
Is this allowed by Envato?
Every edit goes through Envato's own edit page, in your own browser, exactly as if you had typed it there. Tag changes and edits to hidden items go through Submit for Review, the same as any manual edit.
Do I need the Chrome extension?
Only to push edits back to Envato. Syncing your portfolio, checking tags and fixing everything locally all work without it.
What about items Envato has hidden?
The public API can't see them at all — which is why most tools pretend they don't exist. Our scan reads them from the authenticated pages, and the normal fix-and-push flow resubmits them for review.
Why is Envato's data sometimes out of date?
Envato refreshes an item's public payload only after a review cycle, so it can lag the edit page by months. We never let stale API data overwrite a fix you already pushed.
Which platforms does the analytics cover?
Envato Elements and Motion Array. Elements is matched to your Envato account automatically; on Motion Array your seller name is its own thing, so you state it once in Settings and the rankings follow you from then on.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. The free plan keeps working — nothing in your catalog is locked away.
