The Item Updater: edit your AudioJungle items from one table

Descriptions, tags, Content ID, composer and publisher — edit everything locally, in bulk, and push it to Envato in one run.

Until now epicukulele could fix your tags. As of today it can manage practically the whole editable surface of your AudioJungle items — from one table, in bulk, with one push.

Edit everything, locally first

Every editable field now lives in the CRM:

  • Description — a visual editor limited to exactly the HTML Envato accepts (verified against thousands of real accepted items), with images by URL and a live preview that matches how AudioJungle renders it.
  • Tags — edit chips inline, with compliance checking as you type.
  • Content ID — the banner, the "registered" flag and the administrator (with Envato's preset list: HAAWK, Epic Elite, HEXACORP, FUGA…).
  • Composer & publisher.

Edit a single track in its panel, or straight in the table like a spreadsheet. Nothing touches Envato yet: every change is saved locally and the track turns yellow — Ready to update.

Bulk edit

Select any number of tracks and apply one operation to all of them: add the Content ID banner (top or bottom), set the administrator, find-and-replace text across descriptions, add or remove a tag, fix flagged tags, set the publisher. Before you apply, a plain-language summary states exactly what will happen — "The Content ID banner will be added at the top of the description on 214 tracks" — so there are no surprises.

The Content ID cross-check

A detail we're proud of: the CRM checks Content ID consistency. If a track has an administrator set but no banner in the description — or the banner but no "registered" flag — the incomplete cells get an amber warning explaining exactly what's missing. This whole feature started because two beta users hit exactly this — one of them had two banners stacked in the same description.

One push

When you're ready, select the yellow tracks and hit Update on Envato. The extension opens each item's edit page in your own logged-in browser, sets every field to your saved values, and submits for Envato's normal review. Green means done; a rare red means that track needs another look. A dry run — fill everything, submit nothing — is one click away and always recommended first.
