Tighter auto-editing
Auto-editing got an important correctness fix: the set of tracks the tag checker flags now exactly matches the set auto-editing will touch. Previously a track could get edited for purely cosmetic differences (capitalisation the slug ignores anyway) even when no enabled rule objected. No more — if it's not flagged, it's not touched. Every edit burns a review cycle on Envato's side, so we only spend them where they count.
